Craig Abrahams serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of Playtika, overseeing Playtika’s corporate and financial strategy, inorganic growth, and capital markets initiatives. Previously, he was CFO of NASDAQ-listed Caesars Acquisition Company and Co-founder, President, and CFO of Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE), where he helped lead CIE’s purchase of Playtika in 2011. He has overseen Playtika’s 10+ acquisitions, including the purchases of Superplay, Wooga, and Buffalo Studios (makers of Bingo Blitz). In 2016, he co-led CIE’s sale of Playtika to its current ownership group for $4.4 billion.  His prior experience includes strategic planning and investment banking roles at The Walt Disney Company and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., respectively.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University with High Distinction and an MBA from Harvard Business School with Distinction.
