Jen MacLean is the co-founder and CEO of Dragon Snacks Games, a new game studio creating social experiences that leverage user-generated content and cooperative gameplay.  She is formerly the General Manager of Creator Partnerships for Xbox, where her team managed Xbox’s largest partner relationships and Jen co-led content strategy for new initiatives.  A lifelong gamer, Jen has held many senior roles in game development over her career, including leading worldwide business development for small and mid-sized game studios for Amazon Web Services and serving as the Executive Director for the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) and IGDA Foundation. Jen earned an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a BA from the Johns Hopkins University.
