Award winning indie developer with a Masters in Game Production and Business Management and over 15 years of experience in the industry, Justin is the founder of  companies including The MIX, Non- Profit 502c3 XPerience Studios (Black Voices in Gaming and Dames 4 Games) and  founder of the production and publishing team at The MIX Games.

Justin is a fiend for Hip Hop and has led efforts to create sustainability for professional game developers in the industry through running programs and initiatives such as The Humble Black Game Developer Fund, The IGN Indie Open House and Double Fine Indie Space.

His focus is on pushing the boundaries on game production methodologies while empowering developers to become self -reliant and pursue their dreams.
